Ito Okashi Fest is an event dedicated to organic and gluten-free sweets. In its fifth edition, 17 vendors gather at a seaside venue in Itoshima, offering baked goods, bread, and fermented foods made without white sugar or additives, using carefully selected oils and ingredients.

Limited-quantity specials, including a festival-only parfait, will also be available.
